Peach supreme

For 4 people


5 juicy peaches

350g / 12 oz of reduced-fat fromage blanc

1 lime

50g of sugar (or equivalent substitute)

2 eggs


Remove the skin and stones from the peaches.

Press the lemon in a glass. 

Place the fromage blanc and the egg yolk in a blender with the peaches and the lemon.

Blend for a minute.

Beat the egg whites stiff and incorporate delicately to the blended preparation.

Lightly sprinkle with sugar and arrange in glass cups.

Chill in the fridge for half an hour before serving.
